Amber Peters Director of Operations Amber has been working in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years and has worked with the Salmonsen Group since 2016. She manages Salmonsen Group general operations as well as transaction coordination for our clients and their real estate closings. She is highly organized and her top priority is great communication with our clients, title companies, brokers, and agents. Taylor Burris Listing and Marketing Manager Taylor joined the Salmonsen Group at KW team towards the end of 2022, bringing a wealth of marketing knowledge with her. She possesses a Graphics Technology degree from Pittsburg State University. She ensures all listings are marketed to the most comprehensive extent to create maximum traffic and incoming lead flow for each listing. Taylor manages all portions of managing the listings, from photo scheduling, sign creation, listing the property within the local Northwest Arkansas MLS, listing commercial properties Salmonsen Group has on loopnet.com, costar.com, crexi.com, and many other websites. She also manages all marketing from Social Media to Website Content. She is somewhat new to the NWA area, moving here almost three years ago. Lana Bishop Transaction Coordinator/Office Assistant Lana joined the Salmonsen Group at KW team this year, brining over a decade of experience in administration and management to her role as Transaction Coordinator and Office Assistant As a vital part of the team, she ensures that transactions run smoothly and efficiently, keeping everything organized behind the scenes to support both clients and agents. Lana has lived in Northwest Arkansas since she was five years old and has a deep connection to the community. Outside of work, she stays busy with her five-year-old daughter and their two dogs and two cats. She loves attending concerts, trying new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and getting lost in a good book. Tyler Clarke Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate Tyler became a sales and leasing agent with the Salmonsen Group at KW in 2022 specializing in Commercial Sales & Leasing. Sarah Larson Real Estate Consultant Sarah became a member of the Salmonsen Group at KW team in 2023. She assists buyers, sellers, investors, of land, residential, or commercial real estate primarily in the Eureka Springs and Holiday Island region of Northwest Arkansas.  She is an extremely hard worker who will stay on task to help clients achieve their goals. Stephanie Martinez Real Estate Consultant Stephanie became a Realtor with the Salmonsen Group at KW in 2014 specializing in Commercial Sales & Leasing, Land, and Residential. Grayson Geschke Executive Associate Grayson has recently joined the Salmonsen Group at KW in 2025. He assists Ben in daily tasks including working with local city governments, working with clients and prospects, and other duties needed for an efficient system. His passion for real estate came from an early age when his parents taught him the value of investing in property, and has only grown throughout college and his career. He now looks to start his own investing in NWA. Working with his parents in the garage and around the house growing up, he plans to renovate his first home, capitalizing on the growth of this region. Grayson was born and raised outside of Austin, TX but became a Razorback in 2021. He began working for the Salmonsen Group directly after graduation in the fall of 2024. In college, he was a member of the lacrosse team and participated in the summer internship program in Rome, Italy! He enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures around the world.
